Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing CallsAround you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. Subscription & billing
Plans are billed per line, per month, month-to-month unless otherwise stated in an order form. Included minutes and SMS reset each billing period; usage beyond the allowance is billed at the plan's overage rate. Plans auto-renew until cancelled.
3. Emergency services disclaimer
CallsAround routes business calls and emergencies to the on-call chain you configure. It is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for 911 or any public emergency line.
4. Acceptable use & compliance
No illegal use, no abusive scraping, no circumventing tenancy or security controls. You are responsible for call-recording disclosures required in your jurisdiction and for lawful use of telephony and SMS (including 10DLC/toll-free registration). We may suspend accounts that put the service or the phone network at risk.
5. Your data & numbers
You own your business data, recordings, and transcripts. Your phone number is yours — you may port it out at any time. We process your data on your behalf per the Privacy Policy and any data-processing addendum.
6. Availability
We target high availability and provide carrier-level failover for eligible plans. Specific SLAs are described in your order form when applicable.
7. Disclaimers & limitation
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited as described in the order form.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
