TetraCore is a software studio based in Ohio, United States. This policy covers tetracorehq.com — our company site. Each TetraCore product (FourSight, CallsAround, LinkPilot, ItemStage, Franexis, VoterCXM) has its own privacy policy on its own site covering product data.
Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company, and project description you provide. This is delivered to our internal workflow system and used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, referral sources, device types). We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels, and we do not sell personal information.
Contact inquiries are retained while we work with you and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our internal tooling (hosting, analytics, workflow automation), each bound to process it on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@tetracorehq.com from the address you used and we will respond within 30 days. EEA, UK, and Swiss residents have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA.
