    1. Who we are

    Franexis is a product of TetraCore. References to "we" mean TetraCore acting as the operator of the Franexis platform.

    2. Information we collect

    Account data (name, email, role), tenant business data you enter into Franexis, technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps), and limited usage analytics. We do not sell personal data.

    3. How we use it

    To operate the platform, authenticate users, enforce tenancy, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve the product. Tenant business data is processed only on behalf of the tenant.

    4. Sharing

    With sub-processors (hosting, email, payments) under contract. With law enforcement only when legally required. Never with advertisers.

    5. Security

    Encryption in transit and at rest, Row-Level Security, TOTP MFA, role-based access, and an immutable audit log. See Security for details.

    6. Retention

    Tenant business data is retained per the tenant's contract. Account data is retained while the account is active and deleted on request unless legally required to keep.

    7. Your rights

    You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@tetracorehq.com.
