1. Who we are
CallsAround is a product of TetraCore. References to "we" mean TetraCore acting as the operator of the CallsAround platform.
2. Information we collect
Account data (name, email, role), business configuration you enter into CallsAround, call metadata, recordings, and transcripts, technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps), and limited usage analytics. We do not sell personal data.
3. How we use it
To answer and route calls, dispatch emergencies, book appointments, provide records and analytics, authenticate users, enforce tenancy, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not use your calls to train AI models.
4. Call recording & consent
Calls may be recorded and transcribed. A per-line disclosure toggle supports two-party-consent jurisdictions; you are responsible for enabling the disclosure your location requires.
5. Sharing & sub-processors
With sub-processors under contract — telephony (Telnyx), hosted voice AI (Dograh), payments (Stripe), calendar/email (Google, Microsoft), infrastructure and email delivery. With law enforcement only when legally required. Never with advertisers.
6. Security
Row-Level Security tenant isolation, AES-256 encryption of OAuth tokens at rest, TLS in transit, signature-verified webhooks, scoped API keys, and an audit log. See Security for details.
7. Retention
Recordings and transcripts are retained 365 days, operational events 90 days, and API logs 30 days, then removed automatically. Account data is retained while the account is active and deleted on request unless legally required to keep.
