All traffic to and from ItemStage is encrypted via TLS 1.2+.

Customer data and photo evidence are encrypted at rest in our managed cloud infrastructure.
Access controls
Role-based access for administrators, managers, and operators. SSO available on multi-site plans.
Operational security
Production access is least-privilege, audited, and uses MFA. Vendor sub-processors are reviewed.
Hosting & backups
Hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with automated backups and point-in-time recovery.
Audit-ready exports
Per-item audit-trail export means customers retain a portable, verifiable record of work performed.
Common security questions
The customer owns its data — items, photos, checklist answers, and chain-of-custody records. TetraCore processes it solely to provide the ItemStage service.
Yes. Per-item or per-job audit-trail export — CSV plus image bundle — is included on every tier.
Customers can export their data. TetraCore deletes customer data per the agreement.
Single sign-on is available on Multi-site plans.
