Privacy Policy

ItemStage is a product of TetraCore, Inc. ("TetraCore", "we"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to customers and operator users of the ItemStage platform.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, work email, company, role.
• Operator activity — items scanned, stage advances, photos captured, checklist answers, timestamps, and assigned location.
• Item data — item identifiers, photos, dispositions, and any custom metadata configured by the customer.
• Usage diagnostics — device type, app version, error logs.

How we use information

We use information to operate the platform, provide support, secure the service, and improve ItemStage's performance. Photo evidence, checklist answers, and chain-of-custody records belong to the customer and are processed by us as a service provider.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with sub-processors required to run the service (hosting, monitoring, email), under appropriate contracts, and with the customer organization itself.

Data retention

Item and evidence data is retained for the life of the customer's account. On termination, customers can export their data; we delete it within the time period stated in the contract.

Your choices

Operator users can request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting their organization's ItemStage administrator, or by emailing privacy@tetracorehq.com.
