    Our monitoring service is built on FourSight, the uptime monitoring platform TetraCore built and sells — HTTP, DNS, SSL, and port checks from four global regions every 30 seconds, with instant alerts, incident management, and branded status pages. We use it to watch our own portfolio: CallsAround's telephony stack, Franexis's multi-tenant platform, LinkPilot, ItemStage, VoterCXM, and this site.

    What does systems integration actually involve?

    It means getting the systems you already own to work together: syncing data between applications, connecting line-of-business tools through their APIs, consolidating logins and access, and replacing manual re-entry with automated flows. We start with an inventory of your current systems, then design the integration around your workflows rather than forcing new tools on you.

    Do you provide ongoing monitoring and support?

    Yes. Managed engagements include monitoring, alerting, and maintenance as an ongoing service. We monitor client systems with FourSight — our own multi-region uptime platform — so the same checks, alerts, and status pages that watch our products can watch yours.

    Can you take over infrastructure another team built?

    Usually, yes. We begin with an assessment: documenting what exists, identifying risks and single points of failure, and stabilizing before changing anything. From there we either manage it as-is or propose a migration plan with costs and tradeoffs spelled out — you decide the pace.
