Custom Software & AI Product Development
TetraCore is an AI software development studio in Bowling Green, Ohio. When you hire us, you get a product engineering team that has taken its own ideas from blank repository to production SaaS — and applies that discipline to your MVP, platform, or AI feature.
What We Build
From first prototype to a platform your business runs on, we handle product engineering end to end. Every engagement starts by understanding the problem — then we scope the build around outcomes, not hours.
MVP Development
A focused first version that proves your idea with real users. We help you cut scope to what matters, ship it, and learn — the same way we launched our own products.
SaaS Product Builds
Full multi-tenant SaaS platforms: authentication, billing, admin, APIs, and the operational plumbing most teams underestimate. We have built this stack repeatedly for ourselves.
AI Features & Agents
Practical AI in production software — assistants, agents, classification, and automation woven into your product where it earns its keep, not bolted on for a demo.
Web & Mobile Applications
Responsive web apps and mobile experiences, including offline-first designs for teams that work where connectivity is unreliable.
Why a Studio, Not an Agency
Agencies bill hours and hand off. A studio lives with its own decisions. TetraCore builds and operates FourSight, CallsAround, LinkPilot, ItemStage, Franexis, and VoterCXM — which means the engineers on your project have debugged production incidents at 2 a.m., watched real users ignore clever features, and learned what actually survives contact with customers.
That experience shows up in your build: pragmatic architecture, honest scoping, software designed to be operated — not just delivered.
Engineering Proof from Our Own Portfolio
We don't need hypothetical case studies. Here is the kind of engineering we have already shipped for ourselves.
CallsAround
A 24/7 AI receptionist and emergency dispatch engine — real-time telephony integrated with AI call handling and an escalation chain that must not fail.
Software Development FAQs
How long does it take to build an MVP?
It depends entirely on scope, which is why discovery comes first. A tightly scoped MVP is measured in months, not years; a complex platform takes longer. During discovery we define the smallest version that delivers real value, then commit to milestones so you see working software early instead of waiting for a big reveal.
Can you add AI features to software we already have?
Yes. Not every AI project is a new build. We add AI assistants, agents, document processing, and automation into existing products and internal tools — after evaluating where AI genuinely improves the workflow and where a simpler solution does the job better.
What happens after launch?
Whatever you need it to. Some clients take the codebase in-house; others keep us on to host, monitor, and keep improving it through our Systems and Security services. Because we operate our own SaaS products in production, running software long-term is a core competency, not an afterthought.
