Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing Franexis you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a brand, you represent that you have authority to bind that brand.
2. Subscription
Plans are billed monthly or annually per the order form. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Acceptable use
No illegal use, no abusive scraping, no attempts to circumvent tenancy or security controls. We may suspend accounts that put the service at risk.
4. Tenant data
You own your tenant data. We process it on your behalf, in line with the Privacy Policy and any data-processing addendum.
5. Availability
We target high availability. Specific SLAs are described in your order form when applicable.
6. Disclaimers & limitation
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited as described in the order form.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
