tetracorehq.com is operated by TetraCore, a software studio based in Ohio, United States. These terms govern this company site. Each TetraCore product (FourSight, CallsAround, LinkPilot, ItemStage, Franexis, VoterCXM) has its own terms of service on its own site governing use of that product.

## 2\. Use of this site

You may browse this site and use its contact and career forms for their intended purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or circumvent its security, scrape it in ways that burden the service, or submit forms with false identity information.

## 3\. Content and intellectual property

Site content, product names, and logos are owned by TetraCore or used with permission. You may quote or reference our content with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions or use our marks in ways that imply endorsement.

## 4\. Inquiries and proposals

Submitting the [contact form](/contact) starts a conversation — it does not create an engagement, contract, or obligation for either party. Client engagements are governed by separately signed agreements.
