# Privacy Policy

ItemStage is a product of TetraCore, Inc. ("TetraCore", "we"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to customers and operator users of the ItemStage platform.

## Information we collect

-   **Account information** — name, work email, company, role.
-   **Operator activity** — items scanned, stage advances, photos captured, checklist answers, timestamps, and assigned location.
-   **Item data** — item identifiers, photos, dispositions, and any custom metadata configured by the customer.
-   **Usage diagnostics** — device type, app version, error logs.

## How we use information

We use information to operate the platform, provide support, secure the service, and improve ItemStage's performance. Photo evidence, checklist answers, and chain-of-custody records belong to the customer and are processed by us as a service provider.

## Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with sub-processors required to run the service (hosting, monitoring, email), under appropriate contracts, and with the customer organization itself.

## Data retention

Item and evidence data is retained for the life of the customer's account. On termination, customers can export their data; we delete it within the time period stated in the contract.

## Your choices

Operator users can request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting their organization's ItemStage administrator, or by emailing privacy@tetracorehq.com.
