## What the workflow demo actually covers

ItemStage is a mobile-first item workflow platform built for operations where every physical item has to move through a defined sequence of stages — intake, inspection, cleaning, refurbishment, photo documentation, QA, and release — without losing chain of custody. We don't do a generic slideshow. The demo is a 30-minute working session where we configure ItemStage around the item types you actually process, the stages you actually run, and the evidence your insurers, auditors, or warranty programs actually require.

You'll see how technicians scan items, capture before/after photos, complete gated checklists, and advance items between stations from a phone or tablet on the shop floor. You'll see how supervisors monitor throughput in real time, where bottlenecks form, and how the platform generates a clean, exportable audit packet per item — the kind of packet that resolves a warranty dispute, an insurance question, or a chain-of-custody challenge in minutes instead of days.

We also walk through integration: how ItemStage receives item rosters from your management system, how it pushes status updates back, and how it fits alongside platforms like ContentsTrack, XactContents, NextGear, or your in-house ERP. By the end of the session you'll have a concrete picture of throughput gains, evidence quality, and rollout effort for your operation.

Most operations are live on a single facility in two to three weeks. We configure your stages, import your item types, and train a lead operator before broader rollout.

### Does it work offline on the shop floor?

Yes. The mobile experience queues scans, photos, and stage advances locally and syncs when connectivity returns, so technicians never stop working.
